Follow this steps to cancel a product/service :

1: Please go to the client area page (Dashboard) and from the right sidebar click on "Active Services"

2. Click on the product you would like to cancel.

3. You will notice in the up-left corner a drop-down sub-menu button called "Management Actions"

4. Select "request cancellation" and complete the cancellation form.

Repeat this process for every product/service you would like to cancel.
